The Kingswood Cougars girls teams will be playing in the MDH Girls League (formally known as the Mid-Shires Girls League). The MDH Girls League is a standalone league for the development of the female game.

In girls football there is a two year band, this is a rule that allows a player from a lower year group play in a team in the year group above.
Example: A player in year 5 can play up a year in a Under 11's team with year 6's
